I offer a free initial consultation so we can discuss your concerns, answer questions, and get a sense of what it would be like to work together. This is a 15-30 minute consultation.

Rates and Payment

My standard rate is $150 for a 50-minute session. I recognize that psychotherapy is expensive and everyone can't pay the standard rate for counseling services. For this reason, I also offer a limited number of sliding fee spots ($150 - $75). If you are a middle to lower-income individual or are experiencing financial hardship; please inquire about my sliding rate. We can work together to meet your needs.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

I require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations/rescheduled appointments given less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged at 50% of the full rate. With more than 24 hours notice, I am happy to try to reschedule appointments if I have another open time available.
